Credit Access Business (CAB) Installment Loan

A-1 Premium Acceptance, Inc. is a licensed Credit Access Business (CAB) by the Office of the Consumer Credit Commissioner and registered as a Credit Services Organization by the State of Texas. A-1 Premium Acceptance, Inc. will attempt to arrange an installment loan for you with an unaffiliated third-party lender. Whether you will be approved, the amount you will be approved for, and the cost of credit, is dependent on certain criteria. Information provided on your application for credit will be used as part of the process in determining if you are approved or not, the amount you will be approved for and the cost of the credit.

If approved, A-1 Premium Acceptance, Inc. will manage the ongoing servicing of your loan. Any questions, service issues or complaints about your loan will be addressed by A-1 Premium Acceptance, Inc. and not the lender.

CAB Fees

A-1 Premium Acceptance, Inc. charges customers a Credit Access Business Fee (CAB Fee). The CAB Fee is financed by the third-party lender and remitted to A-1 Premium Acceptance, Inc. by the third-party lender on your behalf. The CAB Fee is fully assessed on the date of the Installment Loan Agreement.

Loan Terms

  • Not all applicants will be eligible for an Installment Loan.
  • Exact Loan Terms may vary by applicant
  • Installment Loan Payments will be aligned with your paydate
  • The Installment Loan Term will not exceed 180 days in duration
  • You have the right to rescind your loan within 3 calendar days of signing your loan contracts. Cancellation forms can be accessed here.

Loan Repayment

If you are approved, you will be responsible for repaying the third-party lender the following:
The principal amount of your loan, which includes the amount financed (i.e. cash amount) and the CAB Fee
Interest owed to the third-party lender, which will not exceed 10% per annum on the principal amount
If you pay off the full amount of the loan early, we may waive a portion of your CAB Fee.

Fee Schedule and APR

Every Installment Loan may be structured differently, including the CAB Fee amount that A-1 Premium Acceptance, Inc. charges. You will also be charged interest by your lender not to exceed 10.00% per annum on loan principal and CAB Fees. Annual Percentage Rates (“APR”) is the cost of your loan expressed as a yearly rate. The APR may vary depending on the actual terms of the loan.
