Despite the rise in gasoline prices in the last few weeks some thirty-three million people will be traveling this Labor Day weekend.  That’s a 3% increase over last year according to AAA. For the Fall and Back-to-School seasons, King of Kash is launching new TV commercials in select markets in the state of Missouri.  The new commercials are 15 second spots that tell simple, strong stories with a large dose of humor. Each spot presents the want and need of money in a larger-than-life but very relatable way. MO State Fair Starts Thursday!

One of the finest state fairs in the country starts Thursday, August 9th and runs through Sunday, August 19th.  The Missouri State Fair is celebrating its 110th Anniversary with a 400-acre fairgrounds presenting premier livestock shows and competitive exhibits, and first-class professional entertainment.  It’s just about the summer’s best family vacation experience.  Whether you go for a day or a weekend, Sedalia is not far from anywhere in Missouri. Keep Your Sales Tax Money this Weekend

Friday through Sunday is the Back-to-School Sales Tax Holiday in most communities in Missouri.  It’s focused on school supplies and items like clothing, computers, software, etc.  You can at least save the state percentage of sales tax for these items.  Many of the cities and towns participating will also waive their local tax, so the savings can quickly add up to possibly 8% or more. In order to truly serve our customers better the Blue Springs branch will be moving on or about August 3 to a new location.
